Jack has a unique way of coaching where he doesn’t just tell you to do something, he actually runs the lines, he explains what he wants everyone to do in any particular drill, he makes sure everyone is on the same page before running the drill. He does this because not everyone understand how to do something if they are just told to do it. I’m one of those people. Many a time will Jack jump in a chair and actually show people where he wants them, and where they need to be for the play or drill to come off. The QLD domination over the past 4 years has been led from Jack, his brain constantly ticking away to try new things with his players. I have played sports for 20 years of my life. and i have never had a better coach.
